Pull-ups on the jungle-gym – Lots of exercise possibilities on this piece of equipment. On a bar that’s three or four feet off the ground, swing your legs under it until your chest is directly under the bar. Put your feet shoulder width apart, and using an underhand grip pull yourself close to the bar. Make sure to bring your elbows in close to your body.
